A pure Michigan native, Lydia has built up a strong film presence in Michigan both in front and behind the camera. Working with several award winning directors, Lydia can be seen in her various roles in the short films “Thing from the Factory by the Field” (2022) by Joel Potrykus, “In the Blood” (2022) by Allison Riley, “The Autumn Girl” (2020) by Kyle Misak, and more.
From behind the camera, Lydia has worked as a DP, producer, director, and editor in several films including “Echo Echo” (TBD), “The Act” (2023), and “Night Terrors” (2024).
Beyond narrative films, Lydia has also made observational and essay films, including “Sute” (2023), “Take a Hike” (2023), and “Nature Center” (2024). Lydia has also crafted several pieces of media art including “Weave” (2024) and “School Project” (2024).
